How Delivery Works
At The Nirvana Experience, we make ticket delivery fast, secure, and convenient. Once your payment is confirmed, your tickets or purchase codes are sent directly to your registered email address instantly.
Delivery Timeline
Instant Delivery
Tickets and purchase codes are sent immediately upon payment confirmation. You should receive your confirmation email within seconds to a few minutes after completing your purchase.
What You'll Receive

Email Delivery Address

- Wait a Few Minutes: Delivery may be delayed due to connectivity issues

- Users are liable for connectivity issues during ticket delivery

- Do not share your unique ticket codes with others
- Screenshots or printed copies of tickets are acceptable for entry
Accessing Your Tickets
Digital Access: You can access your tickets directly from the confirmation email on your smartphone. No need to print if you can display the QR code on your device.
Print Option: Prefer a physical copy? Simply print the email attachment containing your ticket or QR code.
Multiple Tickets: If you purchased multiple tickets, all codes will be included in a single confirmation email.
Resending Tickets
Lost your confirmation email? No problem! Contact our support team with your:

- Full name used during purchase
